Please be considerate of other guests staying at LOS Suites. Loud noises, disruptive behavior, or any form of harassment towards other guests or staff will not be tolerated.
For your safety and the safety of others, do not allow unknown persons into the building. Always lock your suite when leaving, and report any suspicious activity to the front desk immediately.
Tampering with fire safety equipment, such as smoke detectors and fire extinguishers, is strictly prohibited. Please familiarize yourself with the location of emergency exits and fire alarms.
The use of candles, incense, and any other open flames is not allowed inside the suites. Additionally, illegal substances, firearms, and hazardous materials are strictly forbidden on the property.
Children under the age of 12 must be supervised by an adult at all times while on the premises, particularly in common areas such as the pool and gym.
Guests are welcome to use the kitchen appliances provided in their suites. However, please ensure that all appliances are turned off when not in use. Cooking in non-designated areas is not allowed.
Solicitation of any kind, including the distribution of promotional materials or conducting business activities, is not allowed on the premises without prior approval from management.
Proper attire is required in all common areas of LOS Suites. Bathing suits are only allowed in the pool area. Shirts and footwear must be worn in the lobby and dining areas.
To help conserve energy, please turn off lights, air conditioning, and other electrical appliances when not in use or when leaving your suite.
LOS Suites is committed to water conservation. Please reuse towels and linens where possible. Housekeeping will replace them every three days unless otherwise requested.
Please dispose of trash in the bins provided in your suite. Recycling bins are available in common areas for paper, plastic, and glass. Help us keep the environment clean by sorting your waste appropriately.
LOS Suites uses eco-friendly cleaning products and amenities. Guests are encouraged to use these responsibly and to consider the environment when using water and electricity.
If you encounter any issues with your suite (e.g., plumbing, electrical), please report them to the front desk immediately. Our maintenance team is available 24/7 to assist you.
If you do not wish to be disturbed, please place the "Do Not Disturb" sign on your door. Housekeeping will respect your privacy and will not enter your suite without your permission.
For any special requests, such as additional pillows, blankets, or dietary requirements, please contact the front desk. We will do our best to accommodate your needs.
Parking is available for guests in designated areas. Please ensure that your vehicle is parked within the marked spaces and that your parking permit is displayed at all times.
The front desk has information on local attractions, restaurants, and transportation. Please feel free to ask for recommendations or assistance with bookings.
Check-out time is by 11:00 AM. Late check-out requests can be accommodated based on availability but may incur an additional fee.
All outstanding charges must be settled at check-out. This includes room service, mini-bar, and any other incidental charges.
If you have a late flight or need to store your luggage after check-out, please inform the front desk. Complimentary luggage storage is available for the day.
Please check all drawers, closets, and safes before checking out to ensure that you have all your belongings. Any items left behind will be kept in lost and found for 30 days.
Before check-out, please review all charges on your account. If you have any questions or discrepancies, please address them with the front desk.
If you need assistance with transportation to the airport or other destinations, please inform the front desk at least 24 hours before your departure.
